Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic

Grab your Mickey ears and get ready for the ultimate Disney experience when Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic and skates into Westpoint Exeter. 

Be charmed by a cast of over 50 unforgettable Disney characters, with Mouse-ter of Ceremonies Mickey Mouse, the spirited Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy and many of the Disney Princesses including Jasmine, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Ariel, Snow White and Tiana.

Relive the magic of Disney’s Frozen with Anna, Elsa and the hilarious snowman Olaf as they discover that true love is the greatest magic of all. Sing-along to over 30 unforgettable songs including favourites like “Let It Go”, “You’ve Got a Friend in Me”, and “Hakuna Matata”. Be thrilled by exciting moments from Disney’s The Lion King, Disney●Pixar’s Toy Story, Finding Dory, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and more, leaving your whole family captivated with memories that will last them a lifetime.

This skating spectacular is truly a century of Disney Magic, and it was all started by a Mouse!

Doors open one hour before the performance starts. Please ensure you have enough time to park, walk to the venue, use the facilities, make any purchases and be in your seats 15 minutes before the show is due to start.

The show is approximately two hours long including an interval of 20 minutes.

On the day, the on-site box office will open one hour before the performance starts. This is for ticket collections. Please follow the directions of the stewards and signage to get into the correct lane.

Parking at Westpoint is charged at £9 per vehicle when bought in advance. Please book this when you purchase your tickets from the ticketing agent.

Parking tickets bought on the day are charged at £10 per vehicle - cash only.  You will be given a car hanger to confirm you have paid. If you have paid for parking but need to collect your tickets from the box office, you must show the parking attendant an email from the box office confirming you have paid for parking.

Cars will be parked on hard standing.

Leaving Westpoint after the show:

To save you waiting in traffic, at Westpoint, to turn right onto the A3052 towards the M5 and Exmouth - turn left out of the Westpoint site (towards Sidmouth). Just beyond the White Horse Pub, turn left onto the B3184, signed Exeter Airport. This road will take you to the A30 then the M5. This route takes approximately 15 minutes to get to the A30, quicker than waiting to leave the Westpoint site towards Exmouth and the M5.

 Drop off and Pick Up and Taxis:

There is a dedicated Drop off and Pick Up point for cars and taxis. Please follow the traffic management signs and marshals on site. When picking up please be on site 25 minutes before the show is due to finish.

Food and Drink:

There will be outlets selling hot and cold drinks, snacks and lite bites. Ice Creams are available to purchase during the interval. 

Only food and drink purchased at the venue can be consumed within the venue


Security Checks:

For the safety of everyone, all bags will be searched on entry. No backpacks or bags of this size or larger are allowed in the venue.

To reduce queuing times to the venue, please only bring a bag if absolutely needed. If you do bring a bag, please follow the directions of the stewards on arrival and be ready for a bag search. 

 The following items are prohibited

  • Professional audio or video recording devices
  • Professional Cameras
  • Go Pros or Ipads/tablets
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Glass
  • Cans
  • Bottles of any type (excluding refillable water bottle)
  • Fireworks
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Laser pens, lights/torches, tasers
  • Signs larger than A3 (paper only)
  • Food or drink


Special Effects:

This show uses the follwing special effects:

  • Haze for lighting effects
  • Fog
  • Snow machines
  • Strobe lighting and flashing effects

The Strobe lighting is used at the start of the show for a duration of 2 minutes. 

Dress Code

This is a family show, therefore the following is asked by Feld Entertinament Inc. of all visitors:

  • No customes worn by visitors 14 years of age and older
  • No articles of clothing with vulgar language
  • No inappropraite amount of visable skin

Any visitor that breaches the above may be refused entry to or ejected from the show. No application for a refund may be made. 

Buggy Park:

There will be a small buggy park in the venue. This area will be secure; buggies are left at the owners risk and is subject to availability.

Booster Seats:

If your child/ren require booster seats, please provide your own.
