Race for Life
The Race for Life is a series of routes around the country that give people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities the chance to come together and help beat cancer. They’re strictly non-competitive, and you can take it at your own pace.
Course information
10 K – Start Time 10am
3K and 5K Start Time 11am
The Exeter route follows paths and fields around the showground. The terrain is a mix of road, tarmac pathways and grass. There are 3k, 5k and 10k races at Exeter.
Please arrive 30 to 45mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
Supporter / spectator access
We are delighted to welcome spectators to Race for Life so please do bring your family and friends along to cheer you on and support you on the day.
Please bring a filled water bottle with you to your event as we’re proactively managing our impact on the environment. We will be removing single use plastic bottles.
Pretty Muddy
Race for Life Pretty Muddy is our brilliant 5k muddy obstacle course. Scramble over the A-frame. Crawl through the mud pit. Have fun with your friends and raise valuable funds for life-saving research.
