Disney on Ice presents 100 years of wonder.

It is now showtime and our staff are busy at the show. Tickets are still available online for collection at the Box Office Some tickets are still available on the door.

The magic of Disney is closer than ever before when Disney On Ice presents 100 Years of Wonder at Westpoint Exeter this Christmas.

Thursday 23-Nov 6:30pm
Friday 24-Nov 7:00pm
Saturday 25-Nov 10:30am –  2:30pm –  6:30pm
Sunday 26-Nov 10:30am –  2:30pm

The Show is 1 hour .40 mins long.

Ticket are priced from £23.00 to £50.00 with a small number of Front Row and Rink Side seats ranging between £48 and £70 depending on the performances.

All ticket prices are subject to additional booking fees and administration charges.

Infants age two and under are Free of Charge but will not be allocated a seat and will have to sit on an adult lap throughout the performance. Buggies will not be allowed into the Arena.

Accessibility tickets can only be purchased by emailing your requirements to (including your contact phone number) – accessibility@ticketzone.co.uk  Our team will then call you to complete your booking. Proof of eligibility will be required.
The eligibility to purchase accessibility tickets are as follows and will be required at a later date:
PIP (Personal Independence Payment) – DLA – Letter from a medical professional (A Doctors note or a letter from an occupation therapist) – Carer’s Allowance – A Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol – Benefit award letters – Copy of a blue badge (we would need to see both sides) – Social Services letter – War Pensions Mobility allowance – Blind or partially sighted registration certificate 

Please note that our Disabled toilets now operate on a  Radar Key system

No dogs allowed at this event ( other than Assistance Dogs)

PREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT

GETTING TO WESTPOINT

Easily accessible via the M5 and A303 – our postcode is EX5 1DJ. The Number 9 Bus stops outside our main entrance.

Car parking is plentiful and free – no need to book, just turn up on the day. Please bear with us as you exit the arena as there is one main exit from the venue. Car parking attendants will direct you to the quickest route out. The car parks will open two hours before the start of each show.

Disabled Parking – is available to Blue Badge holders. Please ensure your Blue Badge is on display and the car park stewards will direct you to the Disabled Parking area and the Disabled entrance to the show.

Drop Off – we will have a drop off and collection point available, please follow signs. This area will also be available at the end of the concert to wait for pick up. Please note that there is limited space here and once the area is full, you will be directed to the main car park.

SECURITY

Westpoint has imposed a restriction on the size of bags allowed into the arena – (max size 40cm x 40cm x 20cm). Random searching will be enforced upon entry for this event and is a condition of entry. Refusal to be searched will prevent that individual from accessing the event.

The following items are not permitted into the venue:

  • – Pyrotechnics including flares, smoke bombs & fireworks
  • – Flammable liquids
  • – Luggage & large bags (larger than 40cm x 60cm)
  • – Illegal substances
  • – Alcohol bottles & cans
  • – Laser pens/pointers/balloons
  • – Video equipment, professional cameras.
  • – Knives or any items that can be used as a weapon
  • – Signs, banners, balloons
  • – Air horns, whistles, or any noise-making devices
  •   – Food or drink (unless required due to a pre-existing condition which is supported with medical evidence in accordance with C or for infants under the age of 3) Refillable water containers are allowed.

 

PRAM / BUGGY PARK/MOBILITY SCOOTER

There is a Pram Park at the arena that will be signed on entrance. No buggies or prams or mobility aids will be allowed rink side but can all be stored in our Pram Park.

FIRST AID

We have a team of First Aiders on site throughout each show. If you are bringing any medicines that will need to be stored, please find a First Aid Officer who will store them for you.

FOOD AND DRINK

There will be a selection of food and drink stalls available on site pizza – fries – hot dogs – donuts – caandy floss – bar – hot drinks. Please do not bring your own picnics or snacks into the venue. ( Baby food and snacks for toddlers under 3 excluded).We will have a number of food options available before and during the show – Disney themed, as well as coffee bars and snacks suitable for the whole family. Alcohol will be available. We practice Challenge 25 policy.
Please note that there will be food and drink available with cash and card but Disney shopping is CARD ONLY

ENTRANCE

The doors will open at least an hour before each show to allow guests to get into the venue safely and easily and to allow time to browse the Disney shopping opportunities and purchase light snacks and drinks.  We love children to dress in the favourite Disney outfit – but please be aware that guests Age 14 + should not come in Disney costumes. (Unless they have special needs)

SHOWTIME

The Show lasts for two hours including a 15-minute Interval – we do have plenty of toilets – but they do get extremely busy during the interval.

ABOUT WESTPOINT

Westpoint Arena is situated just off J30 , M5 and is a large undercover arena.
There will be a wide choice of food and drink options available. Please do not bring your own food and drink into the arena.

CAR PARKING
Free of Charge. No pre booking required. Please be aware that at the end of the show, delays will be inevitable as there is only one exit for vehicles.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
By Bus – Stagecoach Bus Service operates from Exeter Bus Station to and from Westpoint. Both the Service 9 and 9A stop at Westpoint ( Clyst St Mary) and run every 30 minutes

By Train – Exeter St David’s and Exeter Central are both a 20 minute taxi ride from Westpoint

CATERING
We will have a number of food options available before and during the show – Disney themed as well as coffee bars and snacks suitable for the whole family. Alcohol will be available but we ask that guests do not bring their own alcohol into the venue. We practice Challenge 25 policy.
