Bag An Even Better Shopping Experience

You loved our new way of ticketing the Big Sales, so we’re keeping it that way. Making the event ticket-only means we can control the number of people shopping at any one time, giving you an even better shopping experience. Tickets for time slots will be on sale later in the year – but the price of your ticket is redeemable against your purchases.

Pre-Booked Shopping Slots

We’re pleased to say that the pre-booked shopping slots you love are here to stay! This will allow us to control the number of people shopping, so you’ll have a little more space to pick up some bargains. Tickets require a deposit of £5 which will be deducted from your total at the till.

When booking your shopping slot, we’d recommend choosing a slightly quieter time for the best shopping experience. This is likely to be the afternoon, however we replenish our stock throughout the day so you won’t miss out!

Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked slot to ensure your tickets can be checked and you can make the most of your shopping time. Please also aim to complete your transaction before the end of your slot, in respect to those that have booked into the next shopping slot.

• PLEASE NOTE: £5 TICKET DEPOSITS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL AT THE TILL.
• Tickets cannot be moved to other sessions so please ensure that you are able to attend the sessions before booking.
• Children under 18 and babies are welcome but do not require a ticket.
• There is ample FREE parking available at the venue.
• Service dogs are welcome in the venue, however we cannot permit entry for pets.
