There will be ample bars and catering options on site and car parking is free of charge.

Limited disabled and accessible seats available -All accessible seats are now sold out. We will have a designated Disabled Car park on the night for Blue Badge Holders and a separate disabled access to avoid queuing. Please follow the signs for disabled parking if you have accessible seats and a blue badge.

GETTING TO WESTPOINT

Easily accessible via the M5 and A303 – our postcode is EX5 1DJ. South Devon has excellent road, rail and air links making Westpoint easily accessible.

Car parking is plentiful and free – no need to book, just turn up on the day. Please bear with us as you exit the arena as there is one main exit from the venue. The car parks will open from 4.15pm. Car parking attendants will direct you to the quickest route out.
In the event that the main car parks fill up, we will be operating a free park and ride service from within a short distance of the venue to ease queuing and access to the site. 

Drop Off – we will have a drop off and collection point available. We are providing an area for those visitors who are being dropped off before the concert, please follow signs. This area will also be available at the end of the concert to wait for pick up. Please note that there is limited space here and once the area is full, you will be directed to the main car park.

SECURITY

All bags will be searched. Westpoint has imposed a restriction on the size of bags allowed into the arena – (max size 30cm x 20cm x 10cm). Random searching will be enforced upon entry for this event and is a condition of entry. Refusal to be searched will prevent that individual from accessing the event. There will be drugs dogs at the venue and you will be evicted from the site, if caught in possession of any illegal substance.

The following items are not permitted into the venue:

Glass bottles & tin cans- We will allow unopened plastic water bottles onsite.
Bags larger than 30cm x 20cm
Camping chairs
Weapons/Fireworks
Laser pens/devices / Banners with poles/Political banners
Professional Cameras

Selfie sticks/GoPro Cameras/ Scanning/Jamming

TICKETS  – ALL TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT

Please ensure that you have purchased you ticket from one of the official ticket websites for this event – Ticket Zone and Ticket Master are the main two agents. Do not purchase a ticket from any other source as it may not be valid. Tickets are not transferable and so you are unable to purchase a ticket through a third party or agent. You will not be allowed entry if you do not have a legitimate ticket.
