Meet the Team

Melissa is the Events Manager at Westpoint, working closely with organisers to bring a wide range of events to life, from conferences and exhibitions to celebrations and community events. With a background in event management, client services and luxury customer care, including her most recent role as Membership & Office Co-ordinator at the Devon County Show, she enjoys helping clients turn their ideas into successful events.

Melissa is on hand to support organisers throughout the planning process and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, she’s a dog lover, enjoys live music and likes making the most of the Devon countryside.

Molly joined the Association in 2022 and works across both Westpoint and the Devon County Show, supporting the smooth running and promotion of events and conferences.

With a degree in Business Management & Marketing, Molly assists with event coordination, communications and marketing, helping to deliver successful and engaging experiences for visitors, exhibitors and partners.

Our site team work tirelessly to ensure every event runs effortlessly, and there will always be a member of staff on hand to assist event organisers. From maintaining our landscaped grounds to assisting with ingress and egress of each event, they provide an invaluable service which is always gratefully received.
