Race for Life – Exeter

A fun, non-competitive event for all ages and abilities. Take part at your own pace.

• 10K: 10am
• 5K: 11am
• 3K: 11am

The Exeter route includes roads, tarmac pathways, grass and fields around the showground.

Please arrive 30–45 minutes before your start time.

Spectators are welcome, so bring family and friends to cheer you on!

Pretty Muddy

Climb, crawl and slide your way through the 5K obstacle course. Take part individually or with friends and family — there’s no time pressure, just plenty of muddy fun!

• Adults 5K: 1pm — ages 13+
• Kids: 12pm — ages 6–12, over 1.2m tall
• A supervising adult can attend free of charge
