ELF, the hit Hollywood blockbuster movie has been supersized into a live arena spectacular, and we are delighted that they are bringing the show to Westpoint just in time for Christmas!

Tickets will be posted out in early December. Overseas bookings can collect their tickets from the Westpoint Box Office on the day of the performance.

**Babe in Arms Policy-Children 2 years old and under do not require a ticket as long as they sit on the parents lap but will not be allocated a seat and will have to sit on an adult lap throughout the performance. Buggies will not be allowed into the Arena.

Accessibility tickets can only be purchased by emailing your requirements to (including your contact phone number) – accessibility@ticketzone.co.uk. Our team will then call you to complete your booking. Proof of eligibility will be required. One Free of Charge Carer with every accessible ticket
The eligibility to purchase accessibility tickets are as follows and will be required at a later date:
PIP (Personal Independence Payment) – DLA – Letter from a medical professional (A Doctors note or a letter from an occupation therapist) – Carer’s Allowance – A Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol – Benefit award letters – Copy of a blue badge (we would need to see both sides) – Social Services letter – War Pensions Mobility allowance – Blind or partially sighted registration certificate 

No dogs allowed at this event ( other than Assistance Dogs)

GETTING TO WESTPOINT

Westpoint Arena is situated just off J30 , M5 and is a large undercover arena
Easily accessible via the M5 and A303 – our postcode is EX5 1DJ. The Number 9 Bus stops outside our main entrance.

There will be a wide choice of food and drink options available. Please do not bring your own food and drink into the arena.

Car parking is plentiful and free – no need to book, just turn up on the day. Please bear with us as you exit the arena as there is one main exit from the venue. Car parking attendants will direct you to the quickest route out. The car parks will open One and half hours before the start of each show.

Disabled Parking – is available to Blue Badge holders. Please ensure your Blue Badge is on display and the car park stewards will direct you to the Disabled Parking area and the Accessible entrance to the show. Disabled toilets operate with a  radar key system

Drop Off – we will have a drop off and collection point available, please follow signs. This area will also be available at the end of the concert to wait for pick up. Please note that there is limited space here and once the area is full, you will be directed to the main car park.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
By Bus – Stagecoach Bus Service operates from Exeter Bus Station to and from Westpoint. Both the Service 9 and 9A stop at Westpoint ( Clyst St Mary) and run every 30 minutes

By Train – Exeter St David’s and Exeter Central are both a 20 minute taxi ride from Westpoint

SECURITY

Westpoint has imposed a restriction on the size of bags allowed into the arena – (max size 40cm x 40cm x 20cm). Random searching will be enforced upon entry for this event and is a condition of entry. Refusal to be searched will prevent that individual from accessing the event.

The following items are not permitted into the venue:
– Food or drink is NOT permitted (unless required due to a pre-existing condition/Intolerance or for infants under the age of 3)
Refillable water containers and bottled water are allowed
– Pyrotechnics including flares, smoke bombs & fireworks- Flammable liquids
– Luggage & large bags (larger than 40cm x 60cm)- Illegal substances- Alcohol bottles & cans
– Laser pens/pointers/balloons- Video equipment, professional cameras.
– Knives or any items that can be used as a weapon- Signs, banners, balloons- Air horns, whistles, or any noise-making devices

FAQ

Is Elf suitable for young children?

Elf is the perfect family show for all age. The incredible show-stopping moment when you see Santa’s sleigh flying in the arena is certain to spark your Christmas cheer, and will create lasting memories of the magic of Christmas. You are welcome to bring boaster seats for younger guests!

What is the youngest age required for a ticket to see Elf?

Infants of 2 years and under do not need their own ticket if they will be sat on a lap, however if they want be sat on a seat, then they will need their own ticket to see Elf.

How long will each performance of Elf be, and is there an interval?
The runtime of the show is 2 hours plus a 20 minute interval.

ENTRANCE

The doors will open an hour and a quarter before each show to allow guests to get into the venue safely and easily and purchase light snacks and drinks.  There is a bar available and there will be hot food available.

FOOD AND DRINK

There will be a selection of food and drink stalls available on site and we have a bar onsite.
Please do not bring your own picnics or snacks into the venue. ( Baby food and snacks for toddlers under 3 excluded)

SHOWTIME

The Show lasts for two hours and 20 mins including a 20-minute Interval – we do have plenty of toilets – but they do get extremely busy during the interval.
